Welcome to Mainly Art.com, an online showroom for Mainly Art.
All information on the Mainly Art web site is the property of Mainly Art
and may only be used by you the Purchaser for purposes of shopping at Mainly Art.com. You may print portions of our site
provided that it is only for your personal use and that you and
anyone you give such information to agrees to adhere to our policies.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing through or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms.
These terms and conditions supercede any prior and/or contemporaneous agreements or correspondence between the Purchaser and Mainly Art.
Terms of Sale
We will provide a full report on the condition of any item. Please email us or call.
Small items will be professionally packed and insured. Furniture and oversized items will be shipped by Crates and Freighters, (513) 421-4811.
Items sold within the Cincinnati area can be delivered by our local shipper or may be picked up at our showroom. We will make every effort to assist
you in making shipping arrangements, however, all arrangements need to be made by the customer and approved by Mainly Art prior to sale.
Privacy Policy
Mainly Art respects its customer's privacy therefore we do not sell or exchange names or any other information about our online customers with third parties.
Merchandise offered for sale online at Mainly Art.com may be priced the same as merchandise offered at the Mainly Art showrooms, in some cases,
the showrooms may have different prices.
Prices are based on products shown and will not be
adjusted based on prices offered online or at the showrooms,
respectably. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Taxes
Mainly Art shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio, USA. Purchaser is solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Orders may be cancelled only within 36 hours of receipt of Mainly Art's Order Confirmation.
Shipping Policies
You agree to pay for all shipping and handling costs.
Unless otherwise noted, Mainly Art will ship within ten business days
of the receipt of a completed order. Purchaser understands
that product availability may be limited and not all products are
available for immediate delivery. Mainly Art shall not be responsible
for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or
delivery. Mainly Art cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All shipping charges will
be assessed at time of check out. All methods of delivery,
including special shipping methods, handling, or set up shall be subject
to an additional charge. Mainly Art will use the appropriate carrier based
upon the type of product that has been purchased.
Mainly Art is not responsible for loss or damages occurred to product
while in transit. Purchaser must carefully inspect all merchandise
prior to accepting delivery. Mainly Art will assist whenever possible
with the processing of any claim you may have with a carrier, but by
doing so you agree that Mainly Art shall not incur any additional liability or obligation to you.
Mainly Art reserves the right to refuse shipment to a location other
than the address on the Purchaser's credit card, check or money order.
Return Policies
All merchandise is sold "as is" and all sales are final. If you have a question, please call Customer
Service at 1-513-378-8261, Monday through Friday, 12pm to 6pm, EST or
email mainlyart.cinci.rr.com.
Listed items are subject to prior sale and all sales are final.
We accept personal and business checks, money orders, and foreign wire transfers in U.S. dollars only (checks will be held
10 days prior to shipping).
